Goode to Greate is the first in a series of six films exploring the issues surrounding school leadership through the lens of old film genres.

In Goode to Greate, filmed in the style of early silent films, Tom Sup leaves the city of Goode and embarks on the long, hard road to the township of Greate. Along the way, he encounters numerous distractions that threaten to slow or stop his progress.

Originally made for the Executive Leadership Center conference (WestEd/ACSA) of 2005, it has been declared by California school Superintendents as bizarrely accurate in it's surreal exploration of the school Superintendency.

The Courage Squad Versus The League of Blame is the second in a series of six films exploring the issues surrounding school leadership through the lens of old film genres.

In The Courage Squad Versus The League of Blame, filmed in the style of the action serials of the 1930's, Tom has arrived in Greate at last, but finds that things in Greate aren't as great as they appear. His struggles have just begun as a seemingly endless stream of forces try to pull him down from his hard earned accomplishment.

Originally made for the Executive Leadership Center Summer Institute (WestEd/ACSA) of 2005, is a funny and broad reaching exploration of what it means to be courageous in leadership, and is a biting satire of the trials and tribulations of the school Superindendency.
